1. The competitions take place in the ice sports hall (Eissporthalle, Am Ratsweg) and in the factory sports hall (Fabriksporthalle, Wächtersbacher Str.80).

2. The entry fee are for amateurs and seniors DM 10,- per couple. Juveniles, Juniors and Youth are free of charges (Hessian Open Championship!). You may pay the entry fee at the HTV information desk which is located opposite the main entrance. You get a start admittance here. Only couples with valid start admittance get a number from the competition offices in the ice sports hall located left to the main entrance.

In the factory sports hall you´ll find the start admittance sale directly at the hall entrance.

3. At the HTV information desk there are survey plans of the individual classes with the respective time schedules and location of the dance floors.

In the factory sports hall the dance floors are shown on an information wall for each competition at the hall entrance. All areas are numbered and signposted with the competition classes.
